Returns & Refunds
At Car Parts 4 Less we hope that you are happy with your purchases, however we know that sometimes you will need to return or cancel an item.
Before returning any goods please read our Terms and Conditions. Any products returned must be in a re-saleable condition & include the original packing and documentation.
Before returning ANY items, it must be approved by a member of the customer service team, who will give you a 'RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER' - Any items returned WITHOUT this will be rejected by our warehouse, and will result in a delay.

Make sure you pack the item safely and securely, and ensure the RTN number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
A member of the customer service team will advise of the address to send the parcel, If you send your item to the wrong address, it may get lost or cause a delay in your refund. If you are unsure please ask a member of the customer service team.
Please ensure a copy of the original invoice is supplied inside the box, along with any return paperwork.
Once your items are received back they will be inspected, and when approved a credit or exchange will be arranged. This process typically takes between 2-5 days (It may take up to a further 7 working days for your bank to show the credit in your account).
Please wait for a full 14 days after we have received your part to chase up a credit.
Car Parts 4 Less must be informed of any return requests within 14 days of the original order date.
Returns Procedure
Certain products are treated specially for legal and/or health and safety reasons, It is important for your own and our couriers safety that they are followed. Aswell as the above procedures the below must also be adhered to.
Car Batteries
Car batteries are considered dangerous goods due to their composition and undergo a specialist packing procedure to ensure they meet the legal guidelines for carriage of wet, pre-filled batteries. Unfortunately this means that once delivered we are unable to collect these by courier.
Where possible we will arrange collection via a local branch.
For any products bought on the website, you have a right to cancel without any reason whatsoever within 14 days after the day you recieved all goods/services from us.
To exercise the right to cancel email customer services on custservice@carparts4less.co.uk, or call 0203 788 7845. We will need your Order number, and contact information.
You must send the good back to us, no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancelled order. We shall aim to refund you within 14 days from such date or earlier if acceptable proof of delivery is provided.
Note, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary deliveries such as Same Day, Next Day, Super Saver deliveries).
We can arrange the collection using our carrier DHL at a subsidised cost of £3.45. Please take reasonable care of the goods as we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you.
